Your mind-body has an
organic memory of perfect health.
There is no known cure for the common cold, yet folks do
not usually die from the common cold. They fully expect to recover and to enjoy
a normal healthy life.
There is no known cure for cancer, yet not everyone
who has cancer dies as a result.
These facts clearly demonstrate that although the cure
for these disorders is not known to medical science, this does not mean that
there is no cure.
So what is it that cures these things in these cases?
It is the same thing that heals a cut on your finger,
and it is the only thing that can cure anything.
It is the natural intelligence of your mind-body.
Conventional and alternative medical interventions and
treatments do have a role to play in the healing process. Yet medical
treatments do not cure your disorders; what the treatments do is create an
environment and circumstances where the intelligence of your mind-body can heal
itself.
How does you mind-body do it?
It dances the Space-Flow 2-Step.
1) Space:
Where the natural intelligence of your mind-body can
operate. The abc's of Space are: a) Mental space that comes out of
understanding, b) Physical space that comes out of proper care and a healthy
mind-body environment, c) The union of these two as optimum space.
2) Flow:
As the current of your mind-body's natural
intelligence. The abc's of Flow are:
a) Mental flow as the right information that flowers
as understanding
b) Physical flow as actions that stimulate the
current
c) the union of these two as optimum flow.
The monitor for how well you understand and apply the
Space-Flow 2-Step is the flow of your breath. This is because the link between
your mind and body is your breath, and, Breath is Life.
The Space-Flow 2-Step is also your key wealth factor.
Space: Now that you understand that your health factor
is also your wealth factor you get to dance. Flow: Choose the current that you
want to focus the natural intelligence of your mind-body on and... Dance:
And-a-one, and-a-two... and-a-one, and-a-two.
We all want to be healthy and happy.
Yet most people are overwhelmed and confused by conflicting
information about how to be healthier, happier and lead more meaningful, joyful
lives.
Parisa and I (Chris Shelton, that’s me!) believe that health is
something you cultivate and maintain rather than a series of silver bullets and
magic pills.
As we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving, let’s cultivate seeds of
gratitude and plant them in the five aspects of our lives that determine
health, vitality and joy.
Physical Health:
The three main components of physical health are diet, exercise and sleep. If you dial-in these three aspects of your life, you will look and feel great. (You’ll also lose weight.)

Mind Well-Being:
People have 50,000 to 100,000 thoughts per day! Find pockets of stillness where
you can quiet the mind. The ancient practice of Qigong gently
releases negative patterns and inspires kinder thoughts.
Relationship Health:
In some parts of Africa, there is a concept called “abantu:” a person is only a
person through their connections with other people. I am because other people
are. Our relationships make us who we are. Focus on cultivating quality
friendships, not just long guest lists.
Work and Career Health:
Each one of us has a gift and a life purpose. Your work is the daily spiritual
expression of who you are. Take time to discover your natural gifts and
abilities. We live in an abundant Universe that delights in expressing itself
through you.
Financial Health:
Currency is a form of energy exchange. Most people are frustrated by their
current financial situation, which blocks energy and distorts the potential for
a joyful and meaningful life. Start being kinder to money, especially when you
pay your bills (bless them), and you’ll attract more financial prosperity and
abundance easily and quickly.
Over the past year, Parisa and I have studied these five aspects
of health and happiness. We are thrilled and proud to announce that we are both
