Health Is Wealth
Are you feeling a little under the weather?

Good health in medical terms is a physical state when all the body organs are in proper functioning condition.
But how close to this ideal are we?
You are only as healthy as you believe yourself to be.Inspect every part of your body and pass a healing hand over every organ. Think that each of your organs is pink with health, overflowing with energy and working with perfect synergy. At the end, go into your heart and kiss away all your worries. Your mind does hold sway over your body and if the mind is well, the body will flourish with health. The opposite is also true: the more you brood over your state, the worse you are likely to feel. Why?
Do you remember the story of a king who was so obsessed with his health that he was perennially sick?
The first step to happy health is a happy mind. Stop worrying about your health, talking or reading about it on a constant basis! If all of your thoughts are oriented in such a direction, there is little left to do for the mind in terms of self-improvement. Avoid anyone who is likely to poison your spirit with negative thoughts; look for the company of happy, understanding and good-natured people who may work wonders on your mood.
These days, everybody wants to have beach board abs and hour-glass figure. People spend days and nights, dreaming of a body they can't have and worrying about what they wished they had. Don't you see what all this negative energy is going to do to your inner self? It is only going to wear you down. Relax. Just enjoy the day. Let go of your worries.

The opposite is also true: the more you brood over your state, the worse you are likely to feel.Close your eyes and breathe deeply; try to feel every part of your body relax. Release all your accumulated tension. Stop all thoughts - positive or negative. Just let your mind go blank (I understand this easier said than done and have creative visualization audios for this).
Once you manage to remain in that "silent" state for a few minutes, imagine that you are a traveler within your own body. People spend days and nights, dreaming of a body they can't have and worrying about what they wished they had. Don't you see what all this negative energy is going to do to your inner self? It is only going to wear you down.
